The House of Vultures
Vultures are scavenging animals that feed mostly on carcass of the animal. These natural cleaners provide an important ecological assistance to ensure the good health of the ecological niche, so they preserved other animals and human health.
One of the main anatomical characteristics of the vultures is their neck devoid of feathers and instead, covered with a fine fluff. This adaptative role depend of their feeding way, their head have to be very often covered with blood, particularly difficult place to clean. They also have a long neck.They locate carcasses mainly using theirs sharp eyes. Some observers lend them a developed sense of smell, wich is unusual for raptor even for others birds : Website Page
