From an half-day initiation in a horizontal cavity to a one day sporting or technical, let yourself be guided by our team of qualified and experienced instructors. Millau and the Grands Causses have numerous cavities for all levels. The speleology is attainable to any public.

The cavities are located around Millau on the Grands Causses within a radius of 30 minutes’ maxi.

Compulsory sports, warm clothes (10 ° temperature) shoes and sports shoes.
First approach
Discovery Speleo
Approximately two hours of exploration in a horizontal section cavity without verticality. This first approach of caving takes place at fews kilometers from Millau. A first exploration of the Causse underground world, equipped with a technical suit and a lighting leds helmet.
Vertical discovery

Experiences « Out of time"
French speleologist Michel Siffre was at the initiative of an experiment of temporal isolation in 1962 at the bottom of the Scarasson in the Maritime Alps.
More InfosThis experience " out of time" will be two months at the bottom of the abyss. He discovers the loss of time marks. His stay will be extreme, it is about 3°C and hygrometry is 98%. The moisture is impregnating everything, it's very cold. By phone, it gives the surface information about the beginning and end of each sleep cycle, at each rise and bed. He also notes his pulse. The aim is to analyse how the internal clock of the human body acts on the body outside the day/night cycles. At the end of his experience, on September 14, Michel Siffre thought he was on August 20. Indeed, some of his sleep periods were not simple naps, as he thought, but real nights, which led him to totally lose the day's account. In 1972, he was staying on behalf of the Nasa in a Texane cavity, Midnight Cave. He will write many books on these experiences, travels, and explorations. More Informations here
